Check-In: 3:00pm

Check-Out: 11:00 am 

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Travellers cheques, Canadian and US cash.

Please Note: We require 24 hours of notice prior to check-in to cancel your reservation. We reserve the right to charge the full room rate if not cancelled by 3pm the day before check-in.

Early Check-In & Late Check-Out

  • Early check-in is available between 7:00 am and 2:00 pm, subject to availability and an additional fee.

  • Late check-out is available between 11:00 am and 6:00 pm, subject to availability and an additional fee.

  • Any check-out after 6:00 pm will be considered an additional full night’s stay and charged at the prevailing room rate.

  • Rooms not occupied by 11:00 pm will be treated as a No Show and charged accordingly, unless prior arrangements have been made.

  • All early check-ins and late check-outs must be confirmed with front desk staff on the day of arrival or departure.

If checking in outside of hours of operation, a note will be left on the front door with check-in instructions.

All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card. Guests are required to present valid identification upon check-in. 

All rooms are non-smoking. Any room found to have been smoked in, or emitting a smoke odour, will incur a minimum cleaning fee of $500. Should housekeeping identify damages, the hotel will charge the responsible credit card for all related repair and/or cleaning costs. 

The company is not liable for injury to persons or damage to property belonging to guests or visitors within the hotel or its facilities, except in cases where negligence by the company is proven. 

Cancellation Policy: 

  • For individual bookings, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice before the 3:00 pm check-in time for any cancellations or modifications. 

  • For group bookings and stays of four nights or more, a minimum of 30 days’ notice is required. 

  • Cancellations or modifications received after these periods will result in a charge equal to the full cost of the stay.
